2. identify the restrictions that impact upon the preparation of a race track, and the prediction of its condition at the beginning of a race meeting and over the course of a race meeting; and
3. describe the information that should be provided regarding the condition of the race track on the day before and at the commencement of a race meeting, and possible changes to that condition
