The Tracks & Facilities Manager is a vital component of the team at Yarra Valley Racing Inc.
Yarra Valley Racing is a multi purpose function centre that conducts 9 thoroughbred meetings, 17 harness meetings and a large number of non race day events annually.
The incumbent is responsible for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the physical condition of the Yarra Valley racecourse, facilities and machinery so as to provide at all times a safe and attractive high quality venue for all stakeholders and patrons.

Tatura and Shepparton Racing Club is a training and race centre which races four times a year.
The incumbent is responsible for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the physical condition of the Tatura racecourse, facilities and machinery so as to provide at all times a safe and attractive high quality venue for all stakeholders and patrons.

OFFICE MANAGER

About VBA
The Victorian Bookmakers Association is a stakeholder member of the Victorian Racing Industry and represents Victorian Registered Bookmakers – on course, internet and sports.
The VBA is looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join our small team, the successful applicant will gain an invaluable insight into the Racing Industry and the Bookmaking Profession.
Qualifications and experience:
• Administration/Business qualifications desirable
• An interest in the racing/sports industry an advantage
• Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of products and other technology applications
• Advanced skills with Quickbooks and/or MYOB.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage the VBA Office
• Financial management
• Represent the VBA where required
• Manage the VBA Guarantee Fund
• Attend all VBA Meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings.
