Racing Victoria is committed to improving the Health & Safety of participants within the Victorian Thoroughbred Racing Industry and works closely with its members and various stakeholders on a range of safety initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in the safety performance of the Industry.

 

The Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 sets out the legal and administrative guidelines in relation to OH&S in Victoria and establishes the key principles, duties and rights in relation to occupational health and safety.
