Points are awarded for top five placings in legs of the series as follows; first – 12, second – 6, third – 4, fourth – 2 and fifth – 1.
The rider who accumulates the most points wins a $6000 retail voucher and the Optus Business Rising Stars trophy. Second place takes home a $2000 retail voucher and third place a $1000 retail voucher.
