Now Activating 2011 Gold Cards

Please only activate your 2011 Owners Gold Card if you have received it in the mail. 2011 Gold Cards are being sent out progressively from 12 December 2008.

If you have not received a 2011 Gold Card by 1 January 2009, please contact Owners Services on 1300 139 412.

Please note – you will still be able to use your 2008 card during Jan 2009.

How to login

To access the secure Owners' Website, or to activate your 2011 Owners' Gold Card, please enter your Victorian Thoroughbred Owners' ID Number, and your date of birth in this manner: dd/mm/yyyy.

Note if your date of birth is 1st January 2006 please enter: 01/01/2006 Please note: FORWARD SLASHES (/) NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE DATE OF BIRTH
