Changes to RAD Board and Appeals Process

Trainers are advised to note changes to the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board, with effect from Monday, 1 March 2010. These changes coincide with the commencement of amendments to the Racing Act 1958 (Vic), including the implementation of a new racing appeals structure across the Harness and Greyhound racing codes.
